LDB Special Series #152 Out of my 7,000+ shows and radio broadcasts, I have many concerts that were special for some reasons: the setlist, the musicians, the venue or unexpected events. These are the ones I'd like to propose you. Most of these come from my cassettes collection, so they will be released at a slower pace than my Master Series! But you won't be disappointed! I will try to gather the most unusual things I have in my collection and, as always, your feedback and comments will be my reward for all the work involved in this project. DO NOT share this music on mp3, just convert it for your own use. Sharing mp3's is the right way to make me stop sharing music here. This is a band I am particularly attached as I started to listen to them over 20 years ago and I was fortunate enough to interview Christian Décamps at length to find out how nice and genious this man can be. Still, in 2009, after 40 years he's still the driving force of the band. Ange is for sure among the finest bands that french rock has ever produced. This show has a little background. I was supposed to attend this show. In 1987, after the Zenith show of the first reunion playing the oldies from the 70's (that performance has been officially released by Musea), the band was back on the road with the original line-up from the mid 70's with a nice mix of old and new material. At the end I could not go to the Olympia but I had managed to find a trader who had a copy of that recording. When I traded with hime, for some unknown reasons he just sent me part one of the show and then simply never came back to me to sent the last part. So unfortunately this fine show is incomplete as it misses the last 4 tracks. But the rest is exceptionally good and it sounds excellent to my ears. Enjoy! And if you happen to have the full show... ldb
