This show is a part of a compilation I downloaded some years ago on Dimeadozen (2007 I guess). The rest of the compilation was the March 1970 Paris Show (now available on an official DVD) and the session for the BBC Sounds of the Seventies from September 1970 that I will post soon.
I don't have a lot of information about it... All I know is that it comes from a FM radio broadcast and that it seems to be from a low generation tape. The sound is almost perfect altough it seems that it has been processed. Anyway, it's the best source I found for this date.
