DR. FEELGOOD Rheingoldhalle, Mainz, Germany SWF3 Festival April - 30 - 1980 --- from SEETHELIGHT7 collection # 774 --- Rec. Info: FM broadcast by SENDER FREIES BERLIN2 (SFB2) most likely 1st gen. casette -> playback on NAK DR3 -> Olympus LS11 (WAV 16/44) -> SD -> HD -> WeTransfer -> my HD -> Audacity (edit/volume boost/balance only) -> WAV 16/44 -> TLH8 -> FLAC -> DIME -> YOUR EARS AND MIND...on maximum r and b...transfer by the FUZZMAN...poster scan included.. --- Well there might be some discussion about this tape, as it's not the original broadcast from SWF3, but a tape rip from the connected broadcast on SFB2... Looking at the vintage information, there was about 10 minutes more aired what is not here. Also, maybe a different airing, different sound? And definitely different radio comments. The most curious thing is the segue between track #9 and # 10 which seems to be melting, but leaves only a few moments of the "Down doctors" track. From those days I knew that there was usually a "news" break (destroying my THE WHO Rockpalast 81 fm tape!), but those at (SFB2) pasted that pretty fine. Or the FM taper did in superb manner which is not audible...strange recording. Quite a bit of a snake rattling drums at the start, a bit of fm hiss, bursts of fun, a bit of maximum speed german presenters talk as well. Oh, and well, of course...some great maximum reelin' rockin' rhythm and blues...I really dig that "Going back home" from this show...But you'll most likely prove me a better...
